Problem
As the product ecosystem grew, Stechs faced increasing complexity across its platforms, with no unified design system and multiple products evolving independently. The challenge was to improve usability, consistency, and scalability across a diverse set of tools, users, and technical requirements.
Solution
We partnered with Stechs as an ongoing product design team, working across multiple products to improve user experience, define consistent interaction patterns, and build a shared design system. The collaboration included UX audits, end-to-end product design, interface improvements, and the creation of a scalable design system used across the company’s software ecosystem.
Stechs develops a suite of telecommunications software products used by both technical and non-technical teams. As the platform grew, each product evolved with different patterns, interfaces, and levels of maturity.
We joined the team as a long-term design partner, working closely with product and engineering to improve usability and bring consistency across the ecosystem. Our work spanned multiple products, from early concepts to production-ready interfaces.
Over time, we conducted UX audits, redesigned key flows, and established a shared design system to unify the experience across the platform. This allowed the team to move faster, maintain consistency, and scale new features with a clearer structure and design language.
